You will work closely with Romain (CEO) and Chrystelle (Head of Groover Club) to make this new service a success.
Missions
Ensure every artist in the Club is fully satisfied with our services.
Monitor coaching sessions to guarantee proper support for all members.
Gather and analyze artist feedback to continuously improve the Club experience.
Conduct end-of-course assessments and work on subscription reactivation.
Moderate and engage the artist community with creative initiatives.
Foster connections between artists and enhance interactions.
Provide feedback on artists’ tracks.
Comfortable interacting with artists.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Clear understanding of how to present value to customers.
Passionate about music & artists (Strong Nice to Have).
Fluent in French with strong English skills.
Rigorous, disciplined, and result-oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Empathetic and highly responsive.
Knowledge of Airtable is a bonus.
Familiarity with No-Code tools (e.g., Notion) is a strong plus.
Experience in event organization is a plus.
Available from mid-June for 6 months.
