You will work on various missions alongside the CEO and cross-roads of HR, Finance and Business Teams.
Some examples of missions you’ll have :
Recruitment : From screening CV, phone screen interview to the offer and convention establishment
Legal :
Create contracts, amendements
Support all HR legal processes
Learning and Development : Organize our Happy Groover Hours, our monthly presentation with the team and support our development plan
Payroll : Follow up of expenses claims and data needed to prepare payroll every month
Office Management : Control the stock and manage the equipment orders for the office
HR Communication : Manage with the communication team a good content on our Linkedin Page
With a background in business, finance, HR school your are looking for a 6 months Internship or an Apprenticeship.
Empathy: you always put yourself in the shoes of your employees to best meet their needs;
You are attentive to the details. Your rigor and compliance with processes are the key to the success
You are organized, as you’ll work cross all departments with many stakeholders
You are discret, many informations you will manipulate are confidential
You are comfortable with spreadsheets, and tools like Notion, Google suite
You are English comfortable and French fluent. The team is international !
