As a Senior CX Researcher, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our customer experience through deep, data-driven insights. You will specialize in supporting our Brand & Communications Team and PR Team by delivering actionable insights to shape brand strategies, evaluate communications, and enhance our market presence. With a European focus, you will oversee surveys, analyze brand performance, and provide guidance to align brand and communication efforts with customer needs. Your expertise in quantitative research will ensure that the voice of the customer is at the center of strategic decisions..

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN:

1. Quantitative Research Design & Execution 

  • Lead strategic and tactical quantitative research studies including: 

    • International barometer surveys to monitor brand awareness, brand image, competitor analysis, and deliver actionable insights that inform and shape our global brand strategies

    • Pre/post communication impact evaluation tests, supporting decision-making with data-driven analysis of communication initiatives   

    • PR surveys to enhance customer understanding and inform press releases; to build comms campaigns and partnerships with other brands; to better understand key industry trends  

  • Manage end-to-end research projects: from hypothesis generation, study design, survey development, managing suppliers, data analysis, and presenting findings.

  • Drive internal knowledge management, ensuring teams are informed and aligned with customer and brand intelligence. 

2. Key stakeholders

  • Partner closely with our Brand & Comms and PR teams on research approaches to track brand influence and image, translating insights into actionable recommendations, informing our brand strategy. 
  • As part of our wider CX Research Team, you’ll partner with Researchers and Designers to inform our Product & Tech org of how their efforts are translating into brand performance.

3. Strategic Impact  

  • Influence brand and commercial strategies by delivering impactful insights on customer behavior.
  • The role involves a significant international dimension, working across different markets to gather insights and manage brand research across our key European brands and markets 
  • You will contribute to further enhancing a research-driven culture across the organization by championing data-informed decision-making.

Profil recherché

AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS: 

Professional experience & education: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in CX and/or Market research, with a strong emphasis on quantitative research methodologies.
  • Experience with brand trackers, competitive analysis, and market research institutes is essential.
  • Background in global or multi-market research projects is a strong plus, as is working in a tech environment. 

Skills:

  • Quantitative Expertise: Strong knowledge of survey methodologies, data processing, and advanced analytics
    • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Qualtrics, SPSS, R, or similar platforms for statistical analysis
    • Experience working with integrating survey data, and using digital experience tools to monitor and visualize customer behavior
  • Communication: Ability to clearly explain complex research concepts to non-specialist audiences
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Decision-Making: Skilled in presenting insights to influence stakeholders and guide strategic decisions
  • Curiosity & Trend Awareness: Demonstrates curiosity and a proactive approach to exploring market dynamics and emerging trends

Language Skills:

  • French Proficiency: Native or fluent French & English speaker
  • Proficiency in English is required for international collaboration
