Home Exchange’s Product & Design team currently consists of 10 people, including 1 Lead Product Manager, 5 Product Managers, 2 Product Designers and 1 UI Designer.

We are looking for another Product Manager to strengthen the team.

Your main missions:

• You work with datas and utilize data analytics, user feedback, and market insights to make informed product decisions. You build your vision and roadmaps through a Data-Driven Decision Making process that considers all the great initiatives in the company and follows the company strategy.

• You are also responsible for defining your North Star metric and KPIs and following them autonomously: it drives the squad toward concrete goals and impacts.

• You formalize and generate alignment on major decisions related to your scope taking into account the business objectives and context.

• You communicate clearly and regularly on the risks and impacts of your roadmap and features: you know how to anticipate problems and dependencies to ensure a smooth delivery.

• You foster a collaborative environment and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

• You collaborate with engineering teams to address any issues or bugs promptly. Implement robust testing and monitoring processes to ensure the quality and reliability of products & services in your scope.

• You work closely with the Lead Developer’s to adjust priorities if needed on a daily basis.

Profile :

• You have a doer mindset and an Engineering or Business School degree. You thrive in a startup or scale up environment growing (fast).

• You have 4+ years experience of product management / ownership, ideally in a marketplace business,  with a strong track record of success. You are comfortable with APIs, not fearing to get your hands dirty. Ideally you have a computer science or engineering background

• You handle ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized, prioritized and structured way.

• You have excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of a product ecosystem.

• You value humility, trust and empowerment

• You are a team player and know how to use soft power to influence and engage other people with you.

• You enjoy solving problems and can easily navigate complex situations using data.

• You feed the product strategy and vision based on the data you’ve collected (from users, your team, data analysis, competitors, user research, …),

• You transform the product strategy relating to your scope of action into a roadmap: you make sure we build the right features at the right time, aiming for the right result,

• You have a talent for communicating and you know how to create strong links between stakeholders and the team.

• You speak French and English (some of our product partners are English speakers!)

• You have already an experience in mobile apps or related to a payment scope this is a plus.
