Role overview

As Operations & Expansion Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, leading everything from market entry and site selection to operational excellence across multiple locations.

Your mission? Identify, launch, and optimize high-performing venues across Europe. From securing prime locations to streamlining operations, your role will be instrumental in delivering a seamless guest experience and scaling the business at speed.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and has a passion for building and optimizing multi-site operations.

Key responsibilities

Expansion & market entry

- Lead end-to-end site rollouts: Identify prime locations, negotiate leases, and oversee launch execution.

- Build and maintain strong partnerships with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.

- Adapt and implement the Activate rollout playbook, tailoring strategies for each market.

- Develop standardized processes to accelerate site openings and ensure operational efficiency.

- Work closely with the CEO to recruit and onboard key roles (zone directors, PoS managers).

Operations & performance optimization

- Serve as the main point of contact with the franchisor on all operational matters.

- Design and implement lean operational processes: maintenance, inventory, staff training, and guest experience.

- Train and empower PoS teams to deliver consistent, high-quality operations, using innovative solutions

- Continuously analyze and refine operational tools, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

- Define the target operating model and build the operations team to support multi-market expansion.


Profil recherché

What we’re looking for

Experience

You have 3-5 years of experience in one or more of the following:

✔️ Launching and scaling multi-site retail, leisure, or hospitality venues (5+ locations), implementing operational playbooks and SOPs.

✔️ New market entry: site selection, lease negotiations, and local adaptation.

✔️ Managing on-the-ground operations in high-traffic, customer-centric environments.

✔️ Establishing efficient, scalable workflows in dynamic industries.

✔️ Consulting experience (preferred but not required).

Skills & mindset

- Strong business acumen & negotiation skills—strategic, data-driven decision-making.

- Proven project management expertise—thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities—structured and proactive.

- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset—focused on results, scalability, and long-term growth.

- Passion for technology and innovative solutions—leveraging digital advancements to optimize operations.

- Excellent communicator & collaborator—aligning diverse stakeholders across multiple markets.

- Fluent in English, French, and Spanish (mandatory).
