Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and versatile intern to join our team and work alongside with the Expansion Manager in launching new VR centers across Europe and the US. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in project management – from sourcing to execution – while navigating the complexities of evaluating strategic business opportunities in a fast paced environment.

Responsibility

1. Expansion and Business Development:

• Master long and complex project cycles : Assist in the entire launch process, including site selection, negotiation, setup and project management from start to end. You will be guaranteed to witness at least one launch project throughout your experience.

• Learn the value of tidy execution : Help identify bottlenecks in the launch process and propose actionable solutions to accelerate the launch timelines.

  2. Operations Optimization :

• Launch initiatives via trial and error : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, implementing best practices and innovative solutions within our centers. As we are launching a new concept, your ideas will directly impact operations.

• Market Research : Benchmark key operational business tools and practices to enhance the center’s efficiency and ultimately the profitability.

• Reporting : Develop weekly reports and implement key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence.

  3. Strategy :

• Support new VR experience development : Collaborate with internal and external teams -including content creators, developers, and designers- to conceptualize and execute engaging virtual reality experiences.

Profile :

• Final year of Business or Engineering School.

• Thrives in extreme ownership and accountability environments.

• Early Stage experience is a plus

Interview process :

• 30-minute interview with the Expansion and Operations Manager.

• Take-home business case assignment. 60-minute business case presentation to the CEO and the Expansion & Operations Manager.
