Descriptif du poste

As a Group Talent Management Operations Lead (m/f/d) you will report to the Group Talent Management Director in the Human Resources department based in Blieskastel (Germany) or Obernai (France) for a fix-term contract (12 months).

Your Objective: Support the Talent Management team’s mission by managing global projects. Working with the team, HRBPs and senior managers on data analytics, leveraging digital tools to enhance Performance Management, Talent Development, and Succession Planning. Improve decision-making, automate processes, and translate digital tools into operations and services for HRBPs, managers, and teams. Contribute to excellence initiatives that strengthen the Talent Management cycle and development offerings.

 What you will do:

  • Project Management: Lead and/or contribute to Talent Management initiatives within our team and globally. Ensure our tools and services effectively support succession planning, learning initiatives, and talent reviews by collaborating with process owners and key stakeholders.
  • Talent Data & Analytics: Track and analyze talent data to generate insights and build data-driven recommendations for succession planning, individual development, and talent pools.
  • Digital Tools, Automation & Continuous Improvement: Improve our processes by leveraging technology.
  • Targeted Communication and Change Management: Assist in developing target group-oriented communication strategies to effectively convey our initiatives and achievements.

What about you?

  • You have a strong background in project management and operational HR, with a focus on talent management and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Change management certification would be a plus.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and data literacy for interpreting talent data and leveraging technology to enhance HR processes.
  • You are skilled in developing targeted communication strategies and have a fluent level of English (minimum B2).
  • Your interpersonal skills enable you to listen, persuade, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • You are recognized for your creativity, proactivity, and ability to initiate innovative projects in a dynamic environment.
