At Hager Group, we have launched Hi! our Hager Group University in 2021. The purpose is to strengthen our culture and regenerate our capabilities of our organization. To reinforce our Hi! Team, we are currently looking for our future Senior Learning Specialist (m/f/d) – Leadership Capabilities for a permanent contract in Obernai or Paris. 

 

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced learning experience designer. You will be responsible for designing innovative and engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients. 

Your mission

What we build in Hi! is tailored and structure based on the Group’s People Frame integrated approach. This includes alignment with People and Organisation reviews, key strategic projects, exposure to different leaders and business executives, and exposure to external organisations.

Reporting to the Director for Global Learning, the Senior Learning Specialist’s responsibilities include:

  • To Design and to develop innovative learning experiences grounded on recognized adult learning theories, with a strong focus on Leadership development.
  • To work closely with clients to understand their learning objectives and design solutions that will best meet the business goals.
  • To lead the work of designing and deploying learning experiences.
  • To collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and course/content developers and suppliers.
  • To stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices within the field of learning design and technology.

Profil recherché

Description du profil :

  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in learning experience design
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, modern learning technologies, and adult learning theory. Experience of designing learning programs in various formats
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong project management and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in the English language (French and German would be a plus)
  • In addition to the requirements listed above, the ideal Candidate for this position also has experience and skills in using new Technologies to enhance Learning Solutions.
  • As well, a strong experience in Coaching as well as in Assessments (such as Hogan profile types) would be a real plus.

It also includes:

  • Experience from working with learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), and learning record stores (LRS)
  • Experience from working with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, etc.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and learning analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions.
