Descriptif du poste

As an International Account Manager, you play a decisive role in the growth of Happydemics. Within a structured team of 4 KAMs, you are in charge of around 30 strategic accounts in US & UK markets (existing customers include adtechs, sales advertising agencies and DSPs) and your goal is to maintain client retention, develop your portfolio and generate growth.

Key responsibilities are:

1. To directly manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts to ensure maximum expansion opportunities. Proactively grow your portfolio through identifying and pursuing cross-sell & up-sell opportunities

2. Expand key relationships, serve as the point of contact for existing customers and drive all renewal and expansion sales opportunities by ensuring at least 5 in-person meetings / week.

3. Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs and customer feedback to cross-functional teams.

4. Ensure maximum level of client satisfaction with the Happydemics product.

5. Run account management activities with the CRM (Salesforce).

6. Meet and exceed monthly recurring revenue expansion targets.

You will report directly to the Head of Customer Success on weekly, monthly and quarterly activity.

  • Someone who is independent and capable of handling multiple projects

  • Someone who is confident and enthusiastic when presenting information to decision-makers, always working to align needs with our solution

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong ability to engage and persuade

  • Undeniable salesmanship: ability to dynamically craft customized solutions that meet the needs of customers while capturing maximum value

  • Ability to pursue a structured, analytical and solution-oriented sales approach, combined with a high degree of enthusiasm to meet sales targets

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and consultation, developing good working relationships with other teams


Profil recherché

  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales capacity

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in proactive sales roles in the advertising and/or adtech, preferably related to subscription/software/internet industries 

  • Results-driven, with a proven record of using reporting metrics/KPIs to track progress against goals. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

  • Native-level fluency in written and spoken English + French
