Descriptif du poste

As an Advertising Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in the growth of Happydemics, a specialist in Brand Lift measurement. You will be responsible for analyzing the advertising performance of our clients, helping them fully leverage Happydemics’ expertise, showcase their results to advertisers, and gain valuable insights into their strengths and areas for improvement. Your work will be based on our proprietary data, drawn from a benchmark of over 32,000 KPIs.

You will be a key point of contact for our clients, actively listening to their needs to provide tailored insights. You will also contribute to expanding the range of analyses we offer.

Main Responsibilities

1. Analyze and Interpret Advertising Campaign Performance

  • Use Happydemics’ KPIs (Interest, Ad Perception, Consideration, Brand Image, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns for AdTech companies, media agencies, and publishers.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses to meet client needs.

  • Present findings during dedicated sessions.

2. Ensure High-Quality Client Relations

  • Maintain direct contact with clients and prospects to understand their needs and address their inquiries.

  • Ensure clients have a clear understanding of Happydemics’ methodology.

3. Collaborate with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with Happydemics’ teams to highlight the value of our product and data.

  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors.

  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to revenue development related to client analyses.

  • Stay proactive in tracking advertising industry news and reporting relevant insights.

  • Conduct competitive analyses on key market players and their offerings.


Profil recherché

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the advertising industry (AdTech, media agencies, ad networks, advertisers).

  • Proven experience in data analysis to track and optimize advertising campaign performance.

Skills & Qualities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and align client needs with Happydemics’ solutions.

  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

  • A strong interest in marketing and the advertising media landscape.
