Your Ownership? 💪

As a Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing the product strategy at Hero, working closely with the Executive team (Exco) and the CEO.

Your end goal: developing the best credit solution to resolve all working capital and cash flow issues for European digital SMEs 🎯

As a Head of Product, your missions are to:

  • Define and implement Hero’s product strategy to support the company’s mission: solving working capital and cash flow issues for European digital SMEs through innovative credit solutions.

  • Lead the Product team (composed of 4 Product Managers) and ensure their close collaboration with the other internal business units as well as external partners to guarantee timely product launches and updates.

  • Manage the product lifecycle from early conception to market launch, and then continuous product improvement.

  • Monitor market trends and identify product development opportunities to diversify Hero’s revenue sources beyond credit products

  • Achieve the KPI’s set for series B (total payment volume, monthly revenue)

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement of banking, credit, and payment solutions to meet the financial needs of SMEs


Profil recherché

Your Profile? 🦸

  • A graduate from an engineering or business school with over 5 years of experience in the Product Department (including 3 years as a Head of Product/Lead Product) within the Fintech ecosystem. 

  • An expert in payment/financial/credit products, capable of guiding the CEO and the executive team in strategic decision-making and aligning Hero’s product strategy with its long-term goals.

  • A strategic planner, with the skills to ensure timely product launches and updates.

  • A decisive leader, unafraid to make impactful business decisions and take responsibility for them

  • A problem solver: highly independent and capable of autonomously managing complex projects

  • A consumer-centric mindset: you have a strong sensitivity in terms of UX, Consumer Brand, and Consumer App.

  • Gifted with excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to build, motivate, and engage the Product team

  • An excellent communicator who effectively liaise with both internal (including Tech, Growth, Sales, Risk and Operations teams) and external stakeholders

  • Agile and flexible, you easily adapt to a fast-paced and high-growth environment

  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory
