You will join the Tech Department led by Joey (Chief Technical Officer) as the First SRE Engineer. You will take on the ambitious challenge of ensuring the reliability and scalability of Hero’s infrastructure. 🎯

To ensure its success, your missions will include:
Securing, improving, stabilizing, and maintaining our infrastructure
Dealing with infrastructure
Improving overall platform resilience
Keeping infrastructure costs low
Preventing incidents (analysis, escalation, troubleshooting)
Addressing security flaws identified in the audit report
Implementing cross-functional compliance directives (governance)
Who are you? 🦸
Background in Software Engineering, with over 5 years of experience as SRE Engineer or Devops/Architect
Technical skills, you have an in-depth knowledge of, AWS, ECS, EC2, Github, RDS, Docker, S3, IAM, Cloudwatch, Terraform. An AWS certification is definitely a plus.
You also show a great understanding of the components of a robust and Clean Architecture / Hexagonal Architecture
You understand the Agile and Software Craftsmanship philosophies
Decisive leader : you are not afraid to take responsibility and make impactful business decisions
Excellent communicator : you effectively liaise with a multiplicity of stakeholders
Problem solver : you demonstrate a high level of autonomy, and persistence in solving complex situations, in your day-to-day work
Conscientious and rigorous about quality and maintainability, you know the devil is in the details
Entrepreneurial mindset : you are comfortable both with starting from a blank page, and maintaining existing code. You are pragmatic, not dogmatic.

Speaking French and English fluently is mandatory
