Launched in 2012, Hiflow is a digital platform specialized in single car delivery, thanks to an important network of independent drivers. We are the main delivery service provider for many businesses: leasing companies (Arval, Ayvens, Leasys), car rental companies (Europcar, Avis, Hertz), car manufacturers (Stellantis, Renault, Tesla), car dealerships…

In 2024, Hiflow is opening up to the Italian market ! Join us on this exciting adventure as Country Manager, and work hand in hand in hand with our Chief International Officer to launch and manage the development of this new country. 

💫 Your role as Country Manager: 

After an onboarding phase in our Paris offices, your tasks will be:

Business development strategy :

• Analyze and understand the specifics of the Italian market in our sector;
• Design a business development strategy in collaboration with the CIO;
• Implement the sales and pricing strategies;
• Onboard new customers on our systems, provide customer follow-up and implement our logistics solutions with the operational team.

Team management :

• Recruit and train employees for the Italian office;
• Define their objectives and support them throughout the employee cycle;
• Act as the main point of contact for communications with the Group and ensure business visibility in close collaboration with the CIO;

Operational development :

• Develop the network of Italian Hiflow drivers, in collaboration with France and the Italian Ops Officer: create selection processes, onboarding, training, etc. ;
• Implement a quality process in line with the country's specificities.
• Implement new operational processes to improve the scalability of our operations in Italy.

Marketing - communication :

• Adapt the offer to the market, in liaison with Marketing and the Product team;
• Develop web and print visibility partnerships and manage press relations and events to promote the company.
• Ensure consistency of external communications.

Structuring the subsidiary:

• Continue to grow the subsidiary: connect with the local ecosystem, etc. ;
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to reconcile profitability and development;
• Manage the administrative and financial side of the subsidiary in collaboration with the Administrative and Financial Manager.

Requirements:

✅ This job is for you if :

• You already have a strong experience (>5 years) in business or project development and in team management. 

• You are native/fluent in Italian and already worked for the Italian market. 

• You have great interpersonal skills: you are great at interacting with people, you know how to convince your audience and motivate your team. 

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy building things from scratch and you have a very hands-on approach: you like to plan and to do! 

• You are very comfortable speaking in English, to interact with the rest of the Hiflow team.
