How can we grow home swapping consideration through our brand? How can we accelerate HomeExchange’s growth through brand awareness? How can we amplify the impact of our communication efforts across international markets?
The future Head of Brand will play a key role in defining strategy and implementing actions that strengthen HomeExchange’s visibility and impact.
You will lead and inspire a dedicated team organized into three pillars :
media buying, content, and design—ensuring brand consistency to support the company’s growth.
Your role will be to orchestrate initiatives that increase brand appeal and recognition, leveraging the creative and strategic resources of the communication team.
There are numerous and powerful levers to activate, including media strategy, brand activation, content and design quality, storytelling, strategic partnerships, and creative campaigns.

Responsibilities

Structure Media and Brand Awareness Approach

  • Define the brand’s international consumers communication strategy : identify and explore media new channels to build brand awareness and drive consideration for home exchange; determine priority networks to meet visibility and engagement objectives.

  • Implement and monitor campaigns in collaboration with the Media Manager.

  • Foster a “test & learn” approach by developing experimental initiatives and performance metrics to measure content impact on engagement.

  • Share trends, best practices, and inspirational insights within the team.

Implement Campaigns and Ensure Brand Image Consistency

  • Collaborating with the teams and our partners, lead the campaigns development (message, format, tone, channels).

  • Ensure brand platform coherence across all media and channels, both internal and external.

  • Support the development of visual and “tone of voice” guidelines, ensuring uniformity across all touchpoints.

  • Supervise creative and design teams to produce innovative, inspiring content aligned with our values.

  • Guarantee brand image quality and consistency across all contact points.

Develop Activation Strategies and implement 

  • Create and execute activation campaigns that capture audience attention, foster engagement, and increase HomeExchange’s visibility.

  • Manage relationships with partners (creative agencies, media agencies, etc.).

  • Synchronize campaign launches with growth objectives and key business moments, coordinating across teams.

  • Structure major projects and their organization (resources, expertise, processes) to support the development of new initiatives.

  • Lead flagship activation projects

  • Establish performance measurement, identify learnings, and disseminate them across the organization to enhance capabilities.

Leadership, Cross-Team Coordination, and Management

  • Embody the HomeExchange vision, inspiring and uniting the team around brand values and goals. Be a leader capable of mobilizing and motivating a creative and strategic team to achieve ambitious results.

  • Work closely with communication (impact, public affairs, community, PR), marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure integrated, impactful, and coherent campaigns.

  • Develop a market launch approach that best serves the position’s and company’s objectives: ensure message and brand consistency, optimize processes, and develop country launch playbooks for brand awareness, sharing best practices to benefit priority markets.

  • Contribute to building company expertise: define objectives, highlight successes and failures, identify, theorize, and communicate learnings and best practices.


Profil recherché

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in the United States or familiarity with the U.S. market would be an asset

  • Strong knowledge of advertising (campaigns and activation), with a keen interest in design and content; experience in an advertising agency is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly.

  • Leadership experience and a background in team management.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with proven expertise in managing innovative, multi-channel campaigns.
