As a senior role at Bene Bono, the Head of Growth of Bene Bono is responsible for doubling the community of users within 2 years. Together with her/his team, the Head of Growth closely collaborates with the Tech, Product, Data and other Marketing teams to amplify existing growth loops, find new ones and optimize the engagement & retention.
The future Head of Growth will replace our beloved Matthias, who is sailing towards more agricultural and manual perspectives, after 3 years at Bene Bono (from 69 tons saved to 6000 tons...). She / he will report directly to the CMO and cofounder Sven.
