What you will do:

  • Product Management of lending products for Wholesale.
  • Drive implementation of streamlining initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Launch global product governance and sales suitability initiatives relating to lending product.
  • Coordinate and facilitate various regulatory and non-regulatory projects relating to lending.
  • Continually manage and reassess the operational risks associated inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic and market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, and the impact of new technology.
  • Work closely with CMB and GB Portfolio Management to develop and champion new and existing products, ensuring that they are competitive and meet the needs of the clients.
  • Business partner for credit services operations and oversight of end-to-end process.


Conditions

You should apply if you have:
  • University graduate with proven experience in corporate or commercial banking, preferably gained through experience in frontline roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills and the ability to effectively work with multiple business partners.
  • Knowledge of the changing regulatory environment in the financial services sector.
  • Highly motivated and proven record of delivery within challenging time-scale.
  • Demonstrate ability to drive projects and implement changes.
  • Proven problem solving skills with the ability to consider alternative and innovative solutions.
  • This is a regional role and is based in Paris or UK (excluding London).
