It all began in 2010 with Julien and Jon. They felt that online customer relations were too impersonal, lacking a certain je ne sais quoi. What if that je ne sais quoi was the human touch?
They combined their talents and built a chat tool to enable brands to assist their customers with their online purchases.
In 2012, iAdvize signed its first major customer: FNAC. It's a turning point in their history. That same year, they raised €1 million.
In 2015, they celebrate the recruitment of the hundredth person, as well as a new fundraising round of 14 million euros. This will be the start of European expansion with Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, etc.; and the development of new services with ibbü, the on-demand expert community.
In 2017, iAdvize raised a further $32 million to launch in the North American market, and opened its American headquarters in Boston.
Since then, to deliver this experience on a large scale, iAdvize has developed iAdvize Copilot™: powered by its trusted generative AI designed for e-commerce, the solution is revolutionizing the daily lives of customer service advisors. iAdvize Copilot™ facilitates the work of customer service and online sales teams by improving their productivity (conversion rate multiplied by 10).
