Iceberg Data Lab is a Fintech developing data solutions to help financial institutions assess their environmental impact with a strong focus on Biodiversity, Climate, and Pollution prevention.
Faced with growing demand from regulators and stakeholders and mounting environmental risks, Financial Institutions need reliable ESG Data Solutions. We help them (1) measure their environmental impact and (2) align it to their ESG goals.
Missions and responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting for new business opportunities, online product demonstrations and training, territory and pipeline management, contract negotiation, and closing new business and renewals.
Clients relationship: Ensure clients’ satisfaction, delivery of contracted services and foster cross-selling,
Product Development: Identify and contribute to the development of new products to ensure the leadership of IDL Solutions,
Create communication and lead generating campaigns to develop new relationships within client companies.
Meeting assigned sales targets within the designated territories.
Drive new business initiative like organising Roadshows, local events and campaigns.
Produce marketing materials to support IDL sales development

Job details:
The Account Executive report to the Head of Sales, based in Paris. The position is based in Paris.
Compensation depends on profile and experience.
Starting Date: as soon as possible
Skills and Background:
>5 years of experience as Sales/Business Dev/Client Relationship Manager preferably in the FinTech industry, Financial Industry . ESG experience is a plus.
French speaker, Fluent in English and other language skills would be a plus.
Strong Communication skills, problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability and proactive spirit and ability to work autonomously are needed to thrive in that position
There would typically be a minimum of 3 interviews taking place, one with the Head of Sales, one presentation, and an interview with CEO or members of the team
