Reporting to the Operation and logistics Manager, you will directly be at the heart of the event !
You will be responsible for :
• Being the right hand of the operations department
• Assisting with recurrent multiple administrative tasks: ask for quotes, invoices…
• Meetings with our suppliers to ensure they have all the information to realise a perfect congresss
° Overseeing on-site activities, including registration, delegates and speakers assistance
• Following precise processes to ensure that the objectives established for each congress are fulfilled
• Enriching and updating the database
Job Requirements/Qualifications
This position required good communication skills and involves being meticulous
• Bachelor’s degree in business, tourism or communication
• Excellent English skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and be self driven within a team structure
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks at one time
• Knowledge of Canvas, InDesign, Photoshop would be a plus
