We are looking for a motivated Clinical Data Analyst to conduct retrospective studies using large clinical and healthcare administrative datasets. This role involves analyzing data to generate insights for improving patient outcomes and contributing to research. Requires strong analytical and statistical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Reporting to Giulia, our Head of Clinical, and acting as stakeholder, you will be in charge of:
Collaborate on study design and statistical methodologies for retrospective analyses.
Extract, clean, and manage large datasets from sources like EHRs and claims data.
Perform data linkage and integration, ensuring data integrity.
Apply statistical techniques to analyze clinical and administrative data.
Interpret results and create clear reports and visualizations.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain thorough documentation.
Collaborate with researchers and clinicians.
Stay updated on relevant trends and regulations.

Your Background
Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
5+ years of experience
Experience analyzing healthcare data and conducting retrospective studies.
Proficiency in statistical software (SQL and R/Python)
Understanding of statistical principles and data manipulation.

Familiarity with machine learning
Fluent in both English and French
