We are opening a CDI Product Designer position starting as soon as possible. (Not open to freelance contract)
Joining the Product team, you will report to Alexandre, our CPO, and be our Product Designer, specialized in our platform user experience.
Your Impact as a Product Designer at Implicity
Deliver intuitive and impactful product experiences that enhance usability and drive engagement for our users.
Collaborate with Product Managers to translate user and business needs into effective design solutions.
Craft seamless user journeys, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and low/high-fidelity visuals optimized for both desktop and mobile.
Continuously refine designs based on user interviews & feedbacks, data and usability testing to maximize product efficiency and adoption.
Contribute to agile product development by helping define and prioritize design increments that deliver high impact quickly.
Work closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and maintain design consistency across the product.
Elevate Design Culture & Systematization
Champion a user-centric design approach by fostering strong collaboration across product, tech, and other teams.
Evolve and maintain our design system, ensuring scalability and consistency in UI patterns and interactions.
Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously improving our design processes and standards to drive innovation.

🥉 Your background
You have a Master’s degree in a design school, or an engineering/business school oriented on the human interactions
You have at least 3 years of experience as a product designer, ideally in a SaaS environment and/or health tech
You have experience working on complex interfaces with specific user journeys, heavily data-oriented, with multiple types of users
You have a portfolio showcasing projects you have done during your previous experiences
🥈 Your Hard Skills
Figma is your playground, and you are very proficient with it
You are familiar with workshop for user research and able to plan, organize and drive them to reach your goals
You are autonomous and can collaborate with product managers on every aspect of the design process and you own it along the way
You know how to justify your design and the choices you make
Your English is really strong and French is mandatory (they both will be your professional daily work-language)
You can maintain a design system and collaborate with the development team
🥇 Your Soft Skills
You are interested in working in a medtech environment and becoming proficient in the medical sector
Curiosity and the will to have a large impact on every aspect of our customer journey
You know how to work autonomously, organize your work and work with another designer
You are known to be a driver in projects, making things move forward and taking ownership
Interest in Tech in general is a bonus
You are aware of the design trends
You are fluent in French and English
Strong work ethic & daily act with integrity, honesty, and fairness
You’re eager to learn, improve and grow at Implicity

Fixed salary range : 47000 - 52000
