Responsibilities
As an Application Engineer dedicated to customer support, your focus will be ensuring our customers’ success with Inbolt’s solutions. This transversal role involves close collaboration with QA, Product, and other Field Application Engineers, between technical development and client support. Your key duties will include:
Managing and monitoring production systems at customer sites.
Acting as the first point of contact for customer issues, providing resolutions.
Overseeing on-site installation and training customer teams on our GuideNOW solution.
Investigating and addressing customer feedback and technical challenges related to our product.
Working closely with our QA to identify, report, and resolve bugs or product issues.
Providing input to the Product team to enhance the customer experience and improve solution efficiency.
Preparing and maintaining customer-facing materials (FAQs, troubleshooting guides, support documentation).
Managing client projects and their technological developments, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
Conducting on-site and off-site meetings with clients, necessitating frequent travel to customer sites.

Required Skills
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Europe.
Advanced programming skills in Python.
Strong project management capabilities.
Commitment to maintaining high code quality and stability.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and other teams within the company.
Experience in Industrial Automation, Automotive industrial manufacturing, Computer Vision or similar is a plus
