Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Head of Application Engineering to lead our Deployment & Support team. This team is crucial for deploying our system and providing exceptional support to our partners and customers. You will report directly to Rudy, our CEO, and collaborate closely with the engineering and sales teams.
Your key duties will include:
Optimize Customer Success: Enhance and manage customer success strategies to ensure satisfaction.
Customer Onboarding: Oversee and improve the customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
Request Management: Handle and streamline processes for customer requests efficiently.
Timely Support: Ensure prompt and effective support to meet customer needs.
Robotic Vision System Implementation: Lead the implementation process of our robotic vision systems.
KPI Definition and Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor them to ensure process effectiveness.
Team Structuring and Hiring: Design an efficient team structure and recruit the necessary talent to deliver outstanding results and support globally.
Metric Development: Propose and develop new metrics to adapt to the evolving business needs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
A minimum of 6 years of experience is required.
Experience as a field-based robotics and/or machine vision application engineer.
Flexibility with changing requirements in an evolving and fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills
Ability to travel internationally.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and other teams within the company.
Experience in Industrial Automation, Automotive industrial manufacturing, Computer Vision or similar is a plus
