Le poste

Descriptif du poste

As an intern, you will be working on many deals in parallel in various sectors and industries. Your missions will be to:

  • Analyze market trends in Data Science, Big Data, Generative AI, Computer Vision, etc.,

  • Analyse market trends and clients’ competitive environments,

  • Qualify and follow European and Israeli startups in those sectors,

  • Identify companies by analysing VC and PE portfolios,

  • Participate in the creation of the deliverables (Pitch, Teaser, IM…) in direct contact with our clients,

  • Build financial models (Business Plan, Valuation…)

  • Identify and contact potential acquirers and participate in Management Presentation between our clients and potential buyers.

As an intern, you will participate in customer meetings and have direct interactions with management team. It is a unique opportunity to discover the M&A environment under a new light and to have great exposure to IPTP’s clients.


Profil recherché

Requirements:

  • Fluent French and English speaker and writer,

  • Ongoing or graduated from a Tier 1 Grande Ecole,

  • M&A, PE or VC internship experience,

  • Demonstrated interest in key software concepts and technologies (BigData, ML, AI, CV, etc.),

  • Team spirit with good communication skills,

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.


Déroulement des entretiens

Three rounds:

  1. First round: Fit/Technical Questions (30 minutes)

  2. Second round: Case Study with management (45 minutes)

  3. Third round: Fit Interview with partners (30 minutes)
