Complementing this dynamic duo are Alice, biomedical innovator; Aaradhita, expert in scientific communications; and Lebriz, visionary product innovator. This agile, cross-disciplinary team propels Inite towards transformative success in the dynamic realm of technology and life sciences. David, co-founder and CEO of Inite, designs the strategies at Inite and leads our sales meetings. He makes sure that client meetings are nothing short of energetic! Intentionally creating a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensuring that working with Inite is always a motivating experience.  Being a young and dynamic company, focus is Inite's forte. With a myriad of topics on our table, we prioritize what's most valuable at the moment. While we have a clear plan, we understand that not everything always goes according to it. Flexibility and adaptability drive our approach to navigate the dynamic landscape of our growth.

Andrin, co-founder and CFO of Inite, works his magic with numbers to gauge company performance and identify growth opportunities. He also serves as a valuable project manager for Inite's clients. He aims that in the next 5 years, Inite will establish robust processes that emphasize innovation and enhance the team's spirit to turn challenges into learning opportunities. Meet Aaradhita, the Scientific Communication Expert at Inite. With a scientific background, she skillfully combines her expertise with marketing to showcase Inite's outstanding work. Aaradhita oversees content creation for the website and social media. Her role at client environment extends to scientific projects in life science digitalization, including software architecture and R&D business analysis. She sees Inite as place where openness, both professionally and culturally, is embraced, and everyone is encouraged to be themselves. The team is not only highly driven but also exemplifies a growth mindset evident in project delivery, people experiences, and marketing efforts.

Meet Alice, passionate about biomedical innovations, Inite's first hire. Her primary responsibilities include managing client projects and overseeing recruitment. She currently handles two client projects, providing support to biotech and lab automation companies in implementing digital solutions for their R&D labs. Alongside client work, Alice actively contributes to Inite's internal growth and expansion by recruiting talented individuals. Inite is actively seeking energetic professionals with a keen interest in the life science industry, offering a dynamic and flexible work environment that encourages knowledge absorption and bold initiatives.

Meet Lebriz, Product Innovator, the newest team member at Inite. She joined Inite based on her alignment with the team's ambition and solution-oriented attitude. She believes Inite's mission to address crucial yet overlooked needs in R&D consulting as well as our commitment to co-developing and transparency sets us apart.
