The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Acceleration Program. This key role requires a dynamic and organized profile with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. You will participate in the selection of startups, manage the Program, enhance the Accelerator’s visibility, engage Mentors, and ensure startup community satisfaction.

You will also participate in the internationalization of the activities in Europe, Asia and the Middle-East.

Startup Selection and Management of the Acceleration Program:

• Participate in the selection of the startups (active role during the Investment Committee)

• Manage the Acceleration Program activities:

  • Launch new cohorts

  • Define Acceleration roadmap and

  • Match the founders and the mentors regarding their needs

  • Organize workshops and office hours on various topics, facilitate exchange between founders, manage in-person events

• Answer the founder’s requests on various topics and support the growth of our portfolio startups daily. Ensure the satisfaction of the founders within the Program.

Acceleration program positioning and awareness

• Enhance the program’s positioning and awareness through marketing initiatives

• Events

• Social media presence

• Content

Mentors’ community engagement

• Onboard new mentors

• Manage the mentor community, organize training and networking events

Scalability of the Accelerator

• Develop and implement strategies for program expansion: people, process, tools.

Portfolio reporting

• Collect portfolio data and prepare quarterly reporting: highlights, lowlights, KPIs, needs…

Management

• Manage the Acceleration Program team

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in the startup ecosystem, preferably working in the sector of startup support: Accelerator, Incubator, Startup Studio, VC or startup.

• An experience in marketing, content creation and/or community management is a plus

Skills

• Fluency in English and French; other languages an asset (reading, writing, speaking)

• Excellent project management and organizational skills, ability to work independently and take initiative

• A proactive and creative mindset, ready to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment

• Proficiency in technology, digital tools and data management

• In-depth knowledge of the startup ecosystem
