The Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of Inovexus’ marketing strategy, collaborating closely with the Program Director. This is a unique opportunity to shape the brand’s voice, engage with our ecosystem, and make a direct impact on the growth of our program and our startups.
Depending on your level of experience and performance, there is potential for this role to quickly evolve into a Marketing Director position, offering increased strategic responsibilities and leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and our website.
Optimize our online presence for visibility and engagement, using SEO strategy.
Enhance our digital community on social media (LinkedIn & other)
Track and analyze key performance metrics, and adapt strategies for optimal results.
Event Marketing:
Plan and manage physical and virtual events, including webinars, networking sessions, and startup pitch events.
Collaborate with appropriate teams to create engaging experiences for investors, mentors, and founders..
Branding & PR:
Lead the development of the Inovexus brand and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Cultivate relationships with media outlets and draft press releases, articles, and other communications.
Develop engaging content, including video and visual assets, to showcase our success stories and program highlights.
Strategy & Collaboration:
Work closely with the Program Director to define and implement the marketing strategy.
Be proactive and creative, bringing fresh ideas to the table and staying ahead of marketing trends.
Collaborate with our startup founders to support their individual marketing needs and amplify their growth.
Who You Are:
Background: Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business from a top-tier school (e.g., Business School or Communication School).
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the startup ecosystem or digital marketing.
Skills:
Fluent in both French (strong written and spoken) and English (native or near-native level).
Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM, social media platforms).
Strong understanding of brand management, PR, and content creation.
Experience with video editing and visual content creation is a plus.
