Descriptif du poste

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding, managing and growing B2B and B2B2C client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and optimizing our service offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

● Maintaining regular client contact to ensure satisfaction while ensuring adherence to contractual requirements.

● Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, compliance, and product strategies to enhance partnerships.

● Overseeing the implementation of new products and systems, from scoping to deployment.

● Leading and contributing to special projects in agreement with the CCO.

● Collaborating with internal teams, including developers, marketing, administrative teams, and management, to ensure seamless execution.

● Continuously improve your skills and industry knowledge.


Profil recherché

● Experience in key account management with Global accounts, ideally in the travel insurance sector or in the Travel industry or in the Insurance sector.

● Fluency in English (written and spoken).

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

● Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

● Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

● Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess market trends.
