• Long & diverse experience (10+ years) from tech to product in international organisations spanning from industry to software.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to provide elegant solutions to complex customers challenges.

• Inspiring leadership and communication skills to build long lasting relationships, from customers to ecosystem.

• Experience in bottom-up Knowledge & Change management.

• Experience in software architecture, design & delivery in critical environments.

• Experience in SaaS & GenAI technologies.

• Advanced understanding of quality standards, compliance requirements, and industrial processes relevant to our customer base.
