Our development team is made up of 14 talented individuals across 3 squads, and we are looking for a Functional Tester / QA Specialist who is passionate about innovation to join us.

As a key member of the team, you will play a direct role in creating cutting-edge applications that will impact the experience of both our customers and employees. You will be at the heart of our digital transformation, developing products and services that are shaping the future of the concierge industry.

You will join an agile and dynamic team, working with modern technologies such as Vue.js, React, Django Rest Framework, and Salesforce Service Cloud, while contributing to ambitious projects to rebuild and improve our platform.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Functional Tester / QA Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. You will work with our squads to validate functional requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure the overall quality of our applications. As a key player in the team, you will oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring that every release meets our standards before production. You will also be involved in investigating bugs and incidents to identify their root causes, and your curiosity to understand the technical workings of our applications will be key in solving issues.

Key Responsibilities (QA Focus, Investigation Emphasis):

·         Collaborate with squads to define and validate acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with quality standards.

·         Design and execute functional test cases.

·         Document and track defects, investigating bugs and incidents to identify potential root causes of issues.

·         Create and maintain test plans for new functionalities, manage test cases using Squash TM, and ensure all releases meet the defined quality criteria before production.

·         Assist in test automation (Cypress, Gherkin, BrowserStack, JMeter) with the support of the Lead QA.

·         Oversee and conduct regression testing to ensure the stability and quality of the system before every production release. Proactively investigate issues to understand their technical origins and improve system stability.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

·         1-2 years of experience as a Functional Tester / QA Specialist.

·         Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

·         Familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

·         Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Squash TM).

·         Strong analytical and communication skills.

·         Proficiency in English.

·         A passion for investigating issues and understanding the technical workings of applications.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

·         ISTQB certification (Preferred).

·         Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman).

·         Experience with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Gherkin, BrowserStack, JMeter, …).
