We are looking for an Event and PR Manager (EMEA & APAC) in our Paris office to bring the Jus Mundi brand to life for our prospects, clients, and partners.

Whether owned, sponsored, online, or physical -you’ll be responsible from event strategy through to execution. This role will align Jus Mundi’s events with brand awareness and revenue goals.

You’ll be a crucial member of our marketing team, driving a broad events & PR strategy focused on generating leads, boosting upselling & cross-selling. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work in collaboration with the entire company.

📌 We’re looking for a candidate who is:

  • A natural planner with an entrepreneurial spirit: You have a high level of emotional intelligence. A friendly team player with excellent planning skills. Self-motivated attitude to build projects from scratch & not be afraid to try new things.

  • Detail-oriented. An active listener who is able to multitask across many areas (e.g., logistics, facilities, decor, catering, entertainment, communications, reporting, etc.) and delve into the nitty-gritty details.

  • Flexible and Innovative: you blend creative, fun, and surprising elements into events that get attention and generate momentum. We’re looking for an “owner”, someone who is excited to identify problems, prioritize them, and then solve them — quickly. Didn’t go as planned? No problem — you’re good at troubleshooting to keep the plates spinning.

📌 Here’s what your daily adventures will include:

Events:

  • Take ownership of the revenue pipeline for EMEA & APAC regions generated through events as a lead source.

  • Research, identify, and deliver events that is the best fit for Jus Mundi.

  • Work to achieve the long-term vision of Jus Mundi for conferences/events.

  • Produce, manage, and meet objectives in all stages of event planning, maintaining good events calendar, including external conference sponsorships, partner, industry, client, and prospect events, webinars, as well as field events support.

  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors internationally.

  • Work with sales, customer success, & other relevant stakeholders to define the concept of the event, target speakers, and attendees. Ensure that events attract a wide audience among our key customers and prospects.

  • Act as the onsite marketing lead at events to complete setup, provide support, and ensure everything runs on time.

  • Manage events marketing campaign & post-event communication.

  • Conduct pre-and post-event evaluations, track ROI, and produce post-event reports.

  • Manage the budget for events & maintain a clear record of all expenses.

  • On the PR side, the person will do internal and external coordination to handle Jus Mundi’s PR (interviews, quotes, pitching stories, prepping internal stakeholders, inviting journalists to our events, managing relationships).

Public Relations:

  • Work with our local PR agency & conduct internal coordination on PR-related tasks

Profil recherché

📌 Qualifications and skills:

  • 5+ years in events management or similar roles (start-ups, arbitration institutions, law firms desired)

  • Bachelor’s in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Fluent communication skills in English both verbal and written. Working knowledge of French is desired. Any other language is a bonus!

  • Impressive references and event portfolio, within B2B, or tech. Experience running events in the arbitration industry would be a huge bonus. Experience with paid conference production is desired.

  • Field marketing experience is a must & familiarity with CRM & event/marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot etc.).

  • Solid understanding of insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations associated with event production.

  • Strong interpersonal skills — people give you energy

  • Desire and drive to own projects start to finish, including the results

  • Solid understanding of lead generation and pipeline processes

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
