🌎 Position: Sales Manager - East Coast USA 🇺🇸 & Canada 🇨🇦 (Full-time / Permanent Contract)
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to drive growth across the East Coast of the USA and Canada. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our B2B partnerships, with exciting and impactful responsibilities:
🚀 Your Responsibilities:
Lead proactive prospecting efforts across multiple channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, etc.) to accelerate lead generation and close deals.
Develop and execute strategic plans to target key prospects (from large corporations to solo entrepreneurs) in the East Coast USA region and Canada, optimizing commercial negotiations.
Stay on top of market trends and customer needs to continuously improve our B2B offering through competitive analysis.
Collaborate with marketing, communications, support, and technical teams to streamline client acquisition and maximize revenue.
Implement and oversee client retention strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
💼 Your Profile: We are seeking a resourceful, results-driven, and team-oriented sales professional who is passionate about SaaS and business development:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, retail, or entertainment sectors within the US and Canada markets.
Proven experience in building and managing a network of B2B clients that you can leverage to scale quickly.
Entrepreneurial mindset, tech-savvy, and highly efficient in your approach.
Strong communicator and team player who is adaptable, open-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Resilient in the face of challenges with excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and meet client needs.
A true hunter mentality with a passion for new business and exceeding targets.
💰 Compensation: Competitive salary of 70-80K$ + bonuses based on performance, along with additional benefits.
