Let’s talk about our business Team ✨ 

The Business Consultant plays a central role in the success of client projects, from gathering requirements to production deployment. He/she works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that the deployed solutions address business challenges while adhering to technical and operational constraints.

What will I be doing? 👀 

Responsibilities:

  1. Analysis of Requirements and Functional Specifications:
    • Gather, analyze, and formalize clients' business needs related to their OMS.
    • Draft detailed functional specifications, precisely describing information flows, system integrations, and use cases.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and compliance of proposed solutions.
  2. Design and Implementation of OMS Solutions:
    • Specify OMS functionalities based on client needs, leveraging a deep understanding of business processes.
    • Participate in modeling information flows between different systems (ERP, WMS, e-commerce, etc.).
    • Supervise functional tests to validate the compliance of deployed solutions.
  3. Client Support:
    • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to prioritize needs and identify areas for optimization.
    • Train key users on OMS functionalities to maximize adoption.
    • Provide post-go-live support to monitor performance and encourage adoption.
  4. Optimization and Evolution of Solutions:
    • Identify opportunities for process and system improvements based on client KPIs.
    • Propose technical or functional enhancements to strengthen the efficiency and robustness of the solution.
    • Support clients in adopting new functionalities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Quality and completeness of written functional specifications.
  • Client satisfaction with deliverables and projects (NPS).
  • Client adoption of services (deployment, activation).

What do I need from you? 😎 

Education:
Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain, IT, Management, or equivalent.

Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (consulting, project management, OMS solution implementation, supply chain, or e-commerce).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of business processes and IT ecosystems in retail and/or supply chain.
  • High technical aptitude and the ability to specify complex information flows and understand inter-system integrations (API, EDI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in project management and modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, flow diagrams).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Analytical mindset and rigor in formalizing requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (technical, product, clients).
  • Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus

    • An operational interview with Pierre (SPM) & Alexis (SPM) - 1 hour 
    • A last interview on site with Hélène (KAM) and a Delivery Leader) - 1 hour
