Let’s talk about our Sales team ✨ 

The Sales team is at the tipping point of all or efforts. With the help of Marketing and Partnership’s department, its task is to achieve our company goals by demonstrating to the world how valuable our platform is. In a highly competitive international market, our technical expertise and our impressive track record gives our sales a decisive advantage in this daily battle. Each Sales is the Captain of his ship, embarking on a unique journey to success, following his own territory plan. Coordinating his work with Presales, Marketing, Channels, and Product, he/she is the Conductor of his success… and ours.

The Team is working as a whole, discussing deals and approach, and helping one another to reach their full potential. Expertise, Quality over quantity, dedication, and truthfulness are its core values.

What will I be doing? 👀 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution:

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholders sales cycles from prospecting to closure ;

  • Qualify thoroughly each created or provided lead in order to focus on the right opportunities ;

  • Prepare and present tailored solutions that align with client needs, highlighting the value of our SaaS Platform ;

  • Coordinate all parties involved in a deal process (Presales, Partners, Product, Legal…) ;

  • Successfully close French and International deals, demonstrating an ability to navigate and succeed in global markets.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Pre-sales Team to craft compelling stories and software demonstrations ;

    • Coordinate with Partner managers to correctly address integration needs and extend your reach ;

    • Partner with the Marketing Department to leverage campaigns, testimonies, events, and market insights for strategic account targeting ;

    • Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to provide feedback on product enhancements based on prospects needs and industry trends.

    Sales Strategy:

    • Build, present and execute your Territory Plan to organize and set the pace of your year ;

    • Apply advanced sales qualification frameworks, including MEDDIC, to identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities ;

    • Use Challenger Sales methodology to turn from Sales into a Trusted Advisor ;

    • Build and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities and client value ;

    • Unlock the value of Data through CRM best practices with HubSpot.

    What do I need from you? 😎 

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in complex B2B sales cycles, ideally with enterprise clients ;
    • Proven ability to close French & international deals ;
    • Experience in software sales is required; experience with Supply Chain Management software or ERP software is a strong plus.

    Skills:

      • Deep understanding of advanced sales methodologies ;
      • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills ;
      • Strong ability to manage long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
