Let’s talk about the Product Management Team ✨ 

As part of our scaling product management team, you’ll take the role as Senior Product Owner. As of now, the product management team is composed of the following hats : product owner, product designer and data analyst. Such a variety is an asset for the team as it pushes us to go beyond our own interest by challenging (and by being challenged by) others. More concretely and as part of the team, we expect you to :

  • contribute to regular sync up and knowledge sharing sessions,

  • play a pivotal role in the business squad you’ll be contributing to as senior product owner,

  • coordinate with external & internal stakeholders to ensure problems are captured properly and translated into clear requirements,

bring your own expertise to the table and feed the team with best practices & concrete proposals for continuous improvement

What will I be doing? 👀 

The Senior Product Owner role regroups the following responsibilities :

Regarding the operational part of it, your focus is on the following aspects :

  • contributing to the execution of the product strategy and roadmap for the scope of the business squad

  • being the representative of the customer voice through Agile ceremonies for your team (demos, PI plannings),

  • translating customer needs into a realistic product execution plan through prioritisation while leveraging data insights,

  • taking part of the day-to-day functional deliverables so that the team can progress efficiently (design phase, produce wireframes, user stories clearly defined and articulated, support testing when appropriated)

  • embracing the organizational shift, moving towards a more mature agile product delivery organization and being a promoter of it within the team and beyond.

Regarding the strategic part of it, your focus is on the interactions, externally with the customers and internally with the other business organizations (marketing, sales/pre-sales, account management, legal). The objective is to capture, challenge, translate and refine needs towards designing future evolutions of the product. On that second aspect, you’ll:

  • be involved in analysing market specifics according to business verticals we target and from there help define Kbrw product positioning considering Kbrw’s vision and competitive solutions

  • need to understand Kbrw vision & strategy and translate leadership decisions into executable actions (e.g. through epic formalization, working specifically on the WHY)

  • support pre-sales product demo needs on relevant contexts and engagements,

  • contribute to the definition of the product Go to Market,

  • support the product marketing and the requirements collection from pre-sales & account management team

What do I need from you? 😎 

  • First-rate engineering school in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent,

  • 8+ years of experience in agile product management as Product Owner in a SaaS company addressing the B2B market,

  • Ability to navigate in complex IT environment,

  • Experience working on large delivery programs,

  • Experience working between Customer, Sales, Account Management, Design and development teams,

  • Previous experience in S&OP & supply planning,

  • Knowledge of ERP (SAP SD/MM) and associated IT ecosystem,

  • Previous experience in supply chain management is a plus,

  • Previous experience in the retailing industry is a plus,

  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Safe is a plus),

  • Ability to collaborate,

  • Team player,

  • Great communication skills,

  • Analytical thinker,

  • Project management skills,

  • Fluent French,

  • English written and verbal communication
