Let’s talk about our UX/UI team ✨Welcome to our UX/UI team! Our amazing team is currently designing and enhancing the user experience of our digital products by creating top-tier, attractive, and intuitive user interfaces. Working hand in hand with Marine, our Lead UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with development and product management teams to ensure our products meet the front-end needs of users. Our Design team is part of the product management branch within our Product & Engineering department at Kbrw.


What will I be doing? 👀

Your role will be articulated around 4 pillars: User Research, UX Design, UI Design and Evaluation & improvement:

  • User Research:
    • Conducting market research to understand user needs and preferences, which may involve direct interaction with clients (both small and large accounts)
    • Gathering quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions
    • Creating user personas to better target the needs of our audience
    • Staying updated on competitors, UX/UI design, and SaaS design at both a holistic and detailed level
  • UX Design:
    • Designing optimized user journeys for our products
    • Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts
    • Collaborating with development teams to ensure the feasibility of designs.
  • UI Design:
    • CraftING visually appealing and consistent designs while adhering to the design system
    • Creating user-friendly interfaces for mobile applications and websites
    • Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Evaluation and Improvement:
    • Conducting user testing to assess product usability and collect feedback
    • Continuously improving designs based on user feedback from testing.
    • Participating in design reviews to gather input from the team
    • Documenting and conducting research and development on all created interfaces.

 

What do I need from you? 😎

  • Master degree (Bac+5) in interaction design, digital media graphic design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for a SaaS product company
  • Portfolio showcasing skills in UX/UI design, including interfaces and product components
  • Proficiency in design tools such as the Adobe suite, Figma, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of UX/UI design principles
  • Understanding of front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, as well as familiarity with Jira and Balsamiq
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, adaptability, leadership, and autonomy in assigned tasks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Fluent in French and English

Our Recruitement Process 😁

  • First meeting with Hari to get to know each other - 1 hour
  • A visio interview with Marine (Senior UX/UI Designer) & Baptiste (Senior Project Manager) - 1 hour with 30 minutes of technical test (design of a component)
  • A last interview on site with François (Delivery Lead) - 1 hour
