Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage Global Image budget
Manage Global Image Calendar
Management of Image Team: Graphics, Production, Ecom Production
Oversee Image for all Kitsuné Group: Maison Kitsuné, Café Kitsuné, Kitsuné Musique, Desa Kitsuné and Kitsuné Bien Etré
Manage and oversee all Image for brand collaborations
Conceptualize & actualize seasonal campaigns, from 360° concepts, storyboards, print and visual contexts, digital content, and photo and film production
Lead the development of visual and communication strategies, establishing a smooth dialogue with the creative teams, internally and externally to ensure these ideas are executed to the highest standards
Present creative proposals and Image department updates to the Chief Brand Officer
Define team KPIs as part of Image & Communication team development & performance
Source & implement top tier talent and resources for all Image projects on seasonal and ad-hoc basis
Provide relevant and insightful visual communications to commercial marketing briefs
Develop and Execute high-standard assets from start to finish, inclusive of all relevant creative guidelines
Develop and deploy all content strategy, roll-out for all brand channels owned and operated by Maison Kitsuné and subsidiary and Franchise partners
Support the business for any additional Image or content needs as briefed in by the Chief Brand Officer
Min of -/+6 year’s experience in a fashion contemporary design brand and/or creative production
Exceptional visual and creative skills, with a 360 mindset and approach
An extended network of talents (photographers, stylists, directors, artists, production companies)
A strong understanding and passion for fashion, image, lifestyle, art, design and music
Strong leader and team player with a positive attitude and dynamic start-up mindset
Excellent management, budgeting, negotiating and interpersonal soft skills
Strong ability to manage internal and external teams with key objective
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with a sound brand and commercial understanding
High proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop / InDesign / Premiere Pro), Apple Keynote, PowerPoint
Fluent in English, verbal and written
Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent
