Co-Design and Management of Multi-Channel Operational Marketing Initiatives to Support Traffic and Conversion:
Action Planning with Distribution Channels: Wholesale, Retail, E-Retail, in alignment with marketing plans, such as GWP (Gift With Purchase), pop-up events, in-store marketing (windows, VM, customer events), and digital marketing activations.
Implementation Management and Coordination: With relevant teams to ensure proper phasing, consistency, and goal adherence.
Regular Review of Initiatives: To adapt to updates in collections (deliveries/implantations), re-prioritizations of business needs, etc.
Support for Subsidiaries (US/China/Japan + Korea):
Coordination of Detailed Marketing Action Plans: Creation and updates for each market.
Ensuring WW Execution of the Marketing Strategy: While respecting the specific requirements of each country/channel.

Management of external agencies and vendors
Coordination of Performance Analyses and Benchmarking: Analysis and sharing of notable 360° marketing activations from competitors.
Management of a 360° Marketing Coordinator
Min of -/+6 years’ experience in a fashion contemporary design or lifestyle brands
Exceptional creative and operational skills, with a 360 mindset and approach
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
A strong understanding and passion for fashion, image, lifestyle, art, design and music
Strong leader and team player with a positive attitude and dynamic start-up mindset
