Descriptif du poste

Design, Execution, and Monitoring of Marketing Plans for Group Brands:

  • Budget, Calendar & Cross Functional Teams Management.

  • Definition, Phasing, and Prioritization of Messages: Aligned with collection plans, brand updates (store openings, product launches, collaborations/partnerships), and business priorities.

  • Ensuring Availability of Information: Through well-structured documents (relevant and regularly updated) and effective communication with all concerned teams.

  • Coordination of Collaboration Projects: Focusing on operational marketing with the dedicated team.

Co-Design and Management of Multi-Channel Operational Marketing Initiatives to Support Traffic and Conversion:

  • Action Planning with Distribution Channels: Wholesale, Retail, E-Retail, in alignment with marketing plans, such as GWP (Gift With Purchase), pop-up events, in-store marketing (windows, VM, customer events), and digital marketing activations.

  • Implementation Management and Coordination: With relevant teams to ensure proper phasing, consistency, and goal adherence.

  • Regular Review of Initiatives: To adapt to updates in collections (deliveries/implantations), re-prioritizations of business needs, etc.

Support for Subsidiaries (US/China/Japan + Korea):

  • Coordination of Detailed Marketing Action Plans: Creation and updates for each market.

  • Ensuring WW Execution of the Marketing Strategy: While respecting the specific requirements of each country/channel.

Reporting and Analysis

Seasonal Marketing Plans, Guidelines, Tools

Management of external agencies and vendors

Coordination of Performance Analyses and Benchmarking: Analysis and sharing of notable 360° marketing activations from competitors.

Profil recherché

  • Min of -/+6 years’ experience in a fashion contemporary design or lifestyle brands

  • Exceptional creative and operational skills, with a 360 mindset and approach

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
    A strong understanding and passion for fashion, image, lifestyle, art, design and music

  • Strong leader and team player with a positive attitude and dynamic start-up mindset

  • Excellent management, budgeting, negotiating and interpersonal soft skills

  • Strong ability to manage internal and external teams with key objective

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with a sound brand and commercial understanding

  • High proficiency in Adobe Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Apple Keynote

  • Analytical thinking, rigor, attention to detail

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent
