👥 Operations Team

The Operations team’s goal is to successfully onboard customers to the Korint platform. We lead the implementation of Korint platform for our broker and insurer customers and ensure their journey with us is excellent—from the first demo through daily operations.

Our commitment extends beyond the initial release. We focus on delivering the best customer experience to reduce churn while maximizing renewals, upsells, and cross-selling opportunities.

💫 Your missions to achieve this goal

As an Business Operations, you will work on every steps of the delivery process—from project framing to the launch of the Korint platform. You will act as the main point of contact for all topics during the build and run phases, ensuring smooth operations and resolving queries as they arise.

In this role, you will oversee projects with diverse technical, legal, product, and business components. You will collaborate across internal teams and with external partners, ensuring smooth integration and exceptional results.

Reporting to Mariska, our Head of Operations, you’ll be at the heart of our customer delivery strategy, helping to shape success for our customers.

We’re looking for someone with a curious mind and a passion for delivering impactful results in a collaborative and demanding environment.

🏅Roles and responsibilities

Project management

  • Develop and execute project plans, defining milestones, deliverables, and resources.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, product) and external stakeholders to define and execute integration plans.

  • Monitor project progress, address risks proactively, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Customer Success

  • Build strong relationships with customers and work on upsell projects.

  • Improve our internal processes to better handle customer feedback.

Sales Ops

  • Support the sales team in delivering “industry expert” demos.

  • Work on project qualification phase with prospects and help sales team closing the deal.

  • Empathic, you easily get into other people’s shoes

  • Fluent in French and English.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • preferred Top 10 school / But nice achievements matter also

  • preferred 0-2 years of work experience in a high quality environment (start-up, consulting, finance, companies with tech/product focus)
