✨ How to be successful in this role

• Have an interest in crafting software you are proud of

• Have at least 5 years of industry experience

• Have played technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects

• Have a professional experience with Node + Typescript + NestJS

• Have experience with infrastructure challenges related to scale, reliability, and performance

• Have expertise in database technologies such as Postgres or Redis, with a keen eye for optimising data storage and retrieval operations

• Have previous startup experience, or worked in an environment that prioritises a bias for action

• Contribute to building Korint’s engineering culture as we grow
