Vos challenges

Direction of our of our clients (Corporates/ PEs/Assets in hypergrowth) notably in the following areas:

  • Pre-Deal Advisory: SPA financial terms negotiation, Finance TSA negotiation in collaboration with lawyers, Finance function high level strategy (buy-side separation assessment, integration costs, synergies first financial assessment)
  • Day 1 Preparation in the context of integration or separation identifying and monitoring proper execution all processes/Finance SI/Organization tasks
  • 100 Days Plan execution, synergies tracking
  • Finance Function Diagnosis for assets under LBOs: review processes, organization and SI Finance environment
  • Exit Readiness strategy: assist the Finance Direction in preparing exit strategy in terms of Financial Vision/Data /Organization

Profil recherché

From 5 years onwards of Finance Experience -The candidate would ideally

  • Have an experience in Big 4/ Strat firm either in financial audit or Finance Advisory services
  • Have a Strong knowledge of Finance Organization, processes and SI Finance through either Finance Advisory services provided or Corporate Finance operational experience as a CFO/Financial Controller/ Finance Transformation
  • Be "Hands-on": the candidate will be able to deep dive in day to day situation to bring experience/benckmark and value to clients and teams as well as concrete solutions as well as be able to focus of points of attentions requiring C-Level attention

Deal environment knowledge is highly recommended. The candidate should be looking working in Deal context as a challenging environment in terms of business understanding, capacity to work with other Deal players (Banks, Lawyers, COF and TS teams..) and under tight deadlines.

Management Skills

The candidate will be a team player who must show solid management skills and soft skills with teams (including N+level and peers)

  • Capability to coach teams: feedback regularly teams, motivates and grow teams in terms of path career,
  • Capability to express point of view convince and bring forward day to day working partners

Business Development Skills

The candidate will be involved in Finance M&A development in terms of:

  • Commercial /Business development: the candidate will be involved in the go-to-market of Finance Center of Excellence and revenue pipeline monitoring
  • Recruitment process: identify potential candidates to grow Finance Center of Excellence team, manage recruitment process
