Who is Kraaft?

Kraaft is on a mission to empower construction workers on the field with Artificial Intelligence, through fun, social, and mobile messaging. 🥰🥳

It’s easy to say software is eating the world. Yet, 80% of global workforce doesn’t work behind a desk on a daily basis. Many workers lack email addresses, face poor internet connections, use damaged phones, or struggle with the local language. On top of that, tasks like typing can be tough when you’re wearing gloves or working in the rain. These challenges create a big gap between the field and the office.

Hopefully, we built a product to bridge this gap! Kraaft is the first “super messaging app” designed for workers on construction sites, so simple that even people who struggle with digital tools can use it easily! It brings all site activity into group chats. But our app does more than messaging—it includes tools for managing projects like plans, photo locations, folders, message organization, safety checks, reports, and AI-powered workflows. Everything is done in one mobile app, inspired by the WeChat “super app” model in China.

We work with more than 1,000 companies in 5 different languages (French, Spanish, English, German, Italian) and we’ve just closed our Series A to fuel our growth. Kraaft has a unique bottom approach: our Free Plan allows anyone to download Kraaft and use it on job sites. Then we have Pro Plan and Enterprise Plan to get more value out of our product, already working with industry leaders such as VINCI and Bouygues.

We are now looking for an exceptional Lead Marketing / User Acquisition professional to join our fast-growing team and take the reins of our performance marketing and user acquisition efforts!

What we’re looking for

Our CEO Thomas has been managing all Marketing and User Acquisition. So your role will be to take over! First managing Paid Acquisition (2M€ budget for 2025). Then recruiting your own dream team (5 permanent jobs to recruit in S1-2025). Content, Product Marketing, SEO, PR, Community Manager, you’ll have the reins!

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Design and implement a robust user acquisition strategy to scale growth while optimizing cost efficiency and ROI.

  • Campaign Management: Manage, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels like Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Google Play and Apple Store Search Ads, in 5 main countries (France, UK, Germany, US and Canada)

  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with designers and content creators to develop and iterate on impactful ad creatives.

  • Performance Analysis: Leverage data analytics to track campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and continuously refine targeting strategies.

  • ASO Expertise: Optimize app store presence through ASO techniques, ensuring maximum visibility and conversion rates.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, data, and engineering) to align marketing efforts with company objectives.

  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging acquisition channels to ensure a competitive edge.


Profil recherché

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in user acquisition or performance marketing, ideally in a mobile environment.

  • Hands-on expertise in managing large-scale campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) and mobile user behavior is a plus.

  • Ability to attract and retain world-class talents in your team. ⭐️

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Metabase, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.

  • A creative and experimental mindset to test new ideas and improve campaign performance.

  • Fluency in English and French


Déroulement des entretiens

Make sure you align with these first

  • Remote: We are based in Paris and being in the office is important to keep our culture and all teams aligned as we grow! We typically do 2 or 3 days at the office per week and the rest in remote. When you’re remote, just make sure you’re often on Discord, that’s our virtual office!

  • Entrepreneurial: We are 32 people in the team and we should be 70 by Dec-25: that means there will be a bit of chaos!! Make sure you’re happy with this, we expect proactivity and we look for doers rather than managers, and we won’t have answers for everything, most of the times you’ll have to build the process on your own ;-)

  • Empathetic: We are building a stellar team, but that doesn’t mean we have to be arrogant 🥰 We love people who are brilliant and caring, who communicate gently and focus on the positive always (and a lot of smileys 🫣🤭)

  • A case study followed by a presentation in our office. Prepare a short presentation summarizing your strategy for Kraaft. Given the context of the job offer, how would you structure your team ? List the KPIs you’d track to measure success and how you’d monitor them. Which tools do you want to implement? Provide a high-level idea of how you’d structure campaigns and allocate budget. Suggest 2–3 ad creative concepts you’d use for this audience. Any A/B testing or optimization tactics? Really, the floor is yours!
