Our EMEA Sales team is structured per geography (France, DACH, UK & Nordics, MEA) and we mix Sales, Pre-Sales and CSM profiles. Our day-to-day activities are around reinforcing our CSAT and installed base and hunt for new logos and new business. We have built a strong sales framework around sales methodology, pre-sales engagement, channel engagement and value proposition. Our offering and capacities are extending to offer additional value to our customers and partners (Cloud transition, Kurmi Cloud, ecosystem platform, …).
Growth, New Logos, Move to Cloud are our Key Performance Indicators. Reporting to the VP Sales EMEA, you will be responsible for the growth and the development of territories / accounts in Europe.
Strong background of value / consultative selling complex solutions to cross verticals / market segments
Experiences in the Software / SaaS / Voice & Telephony
Experiences selling at the Business Decision level
Territory identification / research to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified target account / territory Plan
Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospection to contract signature
Ability to lead an extended team (Pre-Sales, CSM, Professional Services, Partners)
Ability to engage direct touch approach with end customers or indirect through partners (vendor alliances, MSP, System Integrators, Distributors, …)
Understanding the outstanding business & technical requirements of your customers
Maintain the company’s CRM management system (Salesforce) and ensure data accuracy and sales forecasts
Fluent in English
Be creative with strong problem-solving skills
Proven oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication and relationship skills
Sales Methodology skills
Large Accounts experiences
Manage business and pipeline review
Participate in public trade shows and partner events
Ability to travel in the region (Europe)
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
