We are recruiting a Project Manager - Dynamics 365 F&O to strengthen our IT & Digital teams.
Your position and missions
As a member of the IT & Digital team, you will be at the heart of the Group’s various development projects on an international scope (3 Business Units EMEA, AMERICAS & APAC – 3 R&D centers in France, United Kingdom & Germany – 4 industrial sites in France & Germany).
In line with the IT strategy established by the CIO, your mission consists of:
Project Management:
- Independently manage a portfolio of application projects, in coordination with business process owners and other IT teams.
- Lead and conduct framing, analysis, and design workshops.
- Ensure project delivery within the planned schedule and budget.
- Conduct functional and technical studies of projects, in collaboration with business teams and key users.
- Assist the business in defining needs and developing specifications.
- Write and/or oversee the writing of all project documents (functional and technical specifications, development, etc.).
- Lead project teams to coordinate workshops, deliverables, and adhere to the schedule.
- Propose and lead the maintenance and optimization of the ERP lifecycle.
- Build reporting related to your activity, ensuring its coherence and governance.
Participate in the implementation of Finance and Operations by performing:
- Functional design
- Definition of the acceptance strategy
- Deployment strategy
Functional and Technical Support:
- Knowledge of the MS Dynamics Finance and Operations solution and lifecycle management.
- Provide expertise in the Finance, Purchasing, Sales functions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Define the settings necessary for the implementation of requested features.
- Ensure the coherence, integrity, and security of data related to entrusted applications.
- Control the phases of acceptance testing, configuration, and production deployment.
- Control quality by ensuring that the delivered product meets the expressed need.
- Verify the coherence of the application and functional architecture and its evolution.
- Advise on optimizing the use of existing tools and systems.
Project Documentation:
- Guarantee the writing and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Document operational requirements by detailing the actions requested from the solution and the expected results.
- Support users daily in their usage and incident resolution.
- Contribute to technological monitoring in areas such as IoT, Automation (RPA), Copilot.
- Organize training during the different project phases to familiarize end-users with the various functions of Dynamics.
Your profile
With a Master’s degree (engineering school or university), you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar functions.
You have significant experience in the following areas:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Practice of supply chain and finance modules (WMS, TMS, procurement, etc.).
- Experience in integration and deployment projects.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to challenge business requests.
- Ability to translate needs into functionalities to be implemented by the technical team.
- Analytical, synthesis, and formalization skills.
- Strong listening and adaptability skills.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Ability to conduct technological monitoring.
- Good level of English (written and spoken).
