The E-commerce sales coordinator is a hands-on position focused on handling day-to-day ecommerce responsibilities of our website, as well as managing sales administration of orders between L-Acoustics and its regional distribution subsidiaries. This role will be responsible for managing the
e-commerce platform including handling sales inquiries in a timely manner, uploading and modifying products, implementing pricing updates, promotions & marketing content, creating and managing online sales reporting. In addition, The E-commerce sales coordinator will be responsible for the proper administration of sales orders from L-Acoustics distribution subsidiaries, coordinating with sales, logistics, and manufacturing to ensure product quantities and delivery dates requested are met.

The main missions of the E-commerce sales coordinator  are the following:

Ecommerce, Order Desk, EDI, Customer Service and Accounts Receivable

  • Manage customer setup for all new Ecommerce customers

  • Manages incoming orders (Ecommerce, Phone, Email, EDI).

  • Review the customer's payment history prior to working on the order.

  • Reviews incoming orders and contacts customers where needed to correct issues, seek clarity, or provide alternatives to minimize backorders.

  • Enters orders into the ERP system.

  • Tracks order progress through the operations process and help resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Coordinates and books shipments through couriers and other transportation avenues.

  • Prepares and sends invoices to customers they are assigned to support.

  • Encourages customers to set up an Ecommerce account

  • Provide frequent feedback to IT and product marketing team to enhance the customer’s online shopping experience

Customer Service

  • Acts as the initial point of contact for online customer service inquiries that may be related to products, orders, mis-shipments, shortages, overages, inventory, quality, where to buy, product knowledge, how to use, or other requests originating from our ecommerce platform.

  • Responsible for inputting all customer service inquiries into the company’s operating system and tracking all communications between the customer and the company through to resolution.

  • Responsible to continuously look at opportunities to enhance customer experience and team’s delivery on customer service requests.

 Intercompany Sales Coordination

  • Handle Intercompany Sales (Internal Customer) 

  • Administer the sales operations (process orders received from subsidiaries, prepare documentation as required by internal customer, freight carrier and customs…).

  • Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely delivery of all orders for Internal Customers

  • Prepare Sales Reports.
