Main Responsibilities

Workplace Strategy & Experience:

Develop and implement a long-term workplace strategy aligned with company values.

Manage the reorganization and optimization of workplace environments to accommodate growth.

Oversee the design, digitalization, and homogenization of workplace experiences across all sites.

Lead transformation projects, including the refurbishment of communal spaces and creating a cohesive experience for employees and visitors.

Travel Management:

Formulate and oversee the group’s travel strategy.

Ensure effective execution and alignment of travel policies across the organization.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure travel strategies support business goals.

Team Leadership:

Manage and develop a team focused on workplace and travel experiences.

Foster a collaborative environment within the team and with other departments such as HR, Sales, and Education.

Promote a human-centered approach, ensuring employee satisfaction and well-being.

Project Management:

Drive transformation projects, particularly in workplace optimization and digitalization.

Align workplace initiatives with the company’s strategic roadmap.

Manage budgets and ensure project milestones are met.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with the HR team to integrate workplace strategies with HR processes.

Coordinate with the Real Estate department to ensure the alignment of physical spaces with company growth.

Facilitate effective communication within the team and across the organization.

Qualifications
Proven experience in managing workplace environments and travel strategies, ideally within a multi-site setup.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of driving and implementing transformation projects.
Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Experience with digital tools and platforms to enhance workplace and travel management.
