Inside the French CMO Team, composed of 40+ great experts and personalities, you’ll integrate the “booming” Data team, composed of 6 people (DS, DE, PMO and Head of Data profiles), as well as some external consultants. Being part of that team is probably one of the best opportunity to be at the cornerstone of where tomorrow’s L’Oréal growth is!
As a Data Scientist working in the Data CMO team, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise in Machine Learning, solving problems with high business impact and deploying models at scale, all while using cutting-edge technologies…

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN NUTSHELL!
• Create and deploy innovative solutions based on Machine Learning / Deep Learning for a variety of use cases: cross-brand recommendation systems, optimizing budget allocation and marketing campaigns, leveraging 1st party data for business and much more.
• Work in collaboration with business and technical teams of internal and external partners with diverse profiles. Identify, build and integrate models into real data science products helping business teams on a daily basis.
• Understand and translate business needs into Data Science problem solving. Helping end users to take full advantage of Data solutions
• Provide expertise and share knowledge on Data Science projects, inside and outside the team.

Requirements:
• You have a strong background in Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• You have 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist solving problems with Machine Learning.
