YOUR FUTURE TEAM

The Digital Transformation Department (DTD) of Research and Innovation (R&I) supports R&I Métiers in their digital transformation by relying on:
• Tech and digital expertise: IT, algorithms, data science, mechatronics, data management.
• Technical and digital platforms and tools.

IT R&I, within the DTD, is responsible for providing R&I laboratories with the tools and platforms for acquisition and sharing of data, on which these new working methods are based.

The objective of IT R&I is to be the most agile business partner to co-build the transformation of R&I

What a day in the life of the LabAutomation platform Tech Lead team looks like:

The mission of LabAutomation platform Tech Lead is to ensure technical quality of all platform deliveries.

In its daily life, Tech Lead will have to interact with:

  • Architecture and Infrastructure teams to ensure platform technical alignment with current and future technologies, rules, and best practice.
  • DevSecOps team to ensure platform project continuous delivery.
  • Data and Algo teams to explain platform application data model and available services.
  • LabAutomation hardware team to assist new robotic platforms configuration.
  • Developers (run and build teams) to be a technical mentor and help the team grow.


Tech Lead will be in charge of:
  • Defining and prioritizing the technical roadmap and guarantee the commitments made to all robotic platform projects.
  • Ensuring technical documentation continuous improvement.
  • Defining best practices and processes (code review, code test automation)
  • Studying and validating all technical project solutions (Design Authority)
  • Developing some part of software project.
  • Configuring CICD pipelines for projects.
  • Managing process for infrastructure setup.
  • Being the single technical point of contact for all products, technical teams (Architecture, Infrastructure, DevSecOps, etc.) and tech platforms (Data, Algo).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, to understand the challenges, priorities, and constraints of all those involved, and be able to challenge them.

  • Adaptability
  • Good knowledge of IT project management (Agile Scrum), development experience
  • Be fluent in written and spoken French and English.

  • Agile methodologies & tools: Scrum, ServiceNow
  • Development: Javascript, C# .net, ReactJS, Python, Typescript,
  • Deployment: Docker, CICD pipelines (Jenkins, DevOps), Kubernetes
  • Infrastructure: Cloud Azure, Network, DNS
  • Protocol: OAuth, Certificats, REST
  • Data: SQL, JSON, BigQueries
  • Data Visualization : MS PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire
