Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Steer the business model
§ Pilot the activity to ensure that economic model is aligned with objectives and strategy
§ Monitor the growth equation
§ Work with regions and countries to get alignment on strategic pillars
§ Develop and monitor new area of focus to ensure business model evolution is aligned with strategy (eg. wholesale clients follow up)
§ Build the adhoc reporting to follow performance in Wholesale by country / region.
§ Structure the systems to provide analysis through 2 main focus : key account analysis and wholesale segmentation
§ Bring added value to our analyses
2. Support to markets
§ Be a business Partner for regions & countries
§ Ensure that business model and financial objectives are understood across financial population
§ Benchmark and share the best practices with regions and countries
§ Be a support on a day to day basis, and provide operational support when needed
§ Build a relation of trust with internal partners to ease the communication and have transparent relationship
3. Market Performance Follow up
§ Provide accurate KPIs that enables business decision
§ Define the KPIs to monitor and track
§ Ensure alignment of KPIs with Markets strategy and key challenges
§ Build the Dashboard
§ Industrialized the Dashboard
§ Use the dashboard as key document for Business Review and other business committees
4. Lead key transversal projects
§ Analyse and participate to the monitoring of the wholesale activity, with specific focus by key accounts and wholesale segmentation
§ Digitalize the reporting for more efficiency and to focus on analyses vs production (switch ppt to digital)
§ Contribute to any other key initiatives
5. Contribute to global reporting
§ Contribute to Strategic plan, Budget, Forecast elaboration
§ Contribute to analyse the Business model beyond Wholesale
§ Contribute to analyse the closing phases on the Wholesale part
Candidate with potential, with a solid 5 years' experience in controlling in a structured environment. The candidate needs to be creative, building on his experience and his good understanding of Lacoste environment. Interpersonal skills are key to be able to have a large network quickly.
§Open minded and very interested by the Business (all functions), creative
§ Diligent, committed and organized
§ Effectively interact with all levels of management, collaborative, very good team player
§ Result oriented, proactive and quick learner
§ Solid skills in Power Point, Excel and systems (SAP, Hyperion …)
§ Fluent in English
§ Good knowledge and understanding of the business
