Descriptif du poste

Your role is to define and enable the implementation of the most relevant full funnel omnichannel media strategy. You work directly with all the different countries of presence operating media, with a balance of saliency, desirability and business mindset.

You will be reporting to the Global Omnichannel Marketing Director.

Your missions:

Your missions will be the following:

You will ensure the recommendation & implementation of the best media strategy in line with Lacoste commercial animation plan & key bets:

- Media full funnel (high-mid-low) orchestration

- Media omnichannel (drive to web, to store, retail media) strategy

- Lifetime value implementation

You will co-define, diffuse the global frame of digital media:

- Media commercial activation priorities & targets

- COS, ROAS, % recruitment mix, mid funnel objectives & media guidelines.

- Reporting frame: Attribution model definition, reporting frame, global nomenclature.

- Brand safety & placement validation

- Technical enablers (feeds, pixels, severside signals, data collection)

- Creative guidelines & toolkits

You will challenge media results & draw an action plan

- Collect reports & insights from all full funnel campaigns

- Challenge performance

- Draw action plan & test/learn campaigns

You drive the global media roadmap, shape media innovation & animate media expertise within lacoste

You are the key contact for all digital media topics, and you are responsible for the brand elevation and brand consistency across all media channels and all countries.

You will work closely and create synergies with Lacoste HQ marketing teams (social media organic, influence, RP, customer engagement, marketing studio, category marketing) as well as local and regional media experts operating media.

You manage a team of 3+ people


Profil recherché

We are looking for a paid media expert with a minimum of 8 years of experience in digital Media, with significant experience on e-commerce or pureplayer, with an international Scope, on both branding & performance

You will make a winning backhand if you match these skills:

· Past operational expertise in at least SEA, SMA, Display & video online.

· Strong expertise in tech topics related to acquisition (attribution, cookie consent, DMP, Media API, data layer, TMS, pixels, product feeds…)

· Ability to daily use Google analytics

· Ability to conduct data analysis and find actionable insights to boost growth

· Excellent excel skills

· Excellent organization and communication/facilitation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex concepts for a variety of audiences

· Test & Learn Mindset

· Management skills to elevate the team on a day-to-day basis

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, to define the right priorities and share them efficiently with the team. We favor entrepreneurial spirit as well as strong rigor to ensure a good follow-up of all topics, as well as strong presentation skills.

Fluent English is required as well as being at ease working in an international environment.
